Our branches and call centre will be closed on Christmas Day, on the Second Day of Christmas (26 December) and on New Year’s Day. Otherwise we will be open as usual. Of course, the app and online banking are accessible anytime and anywhere.
You can purchase a Landsbankinn gift card from our gift card ATM‘s that are accessible in three of our branches in Reykjavik, at Borgartún 33, Hamraborg 8 and Mjódd (Álfabakki 10).
Landsbankinn operates ATMs in various locations throughout Iceland and most of them are accessible around the clock. The location and distance to the nearest ATM can be viewed in Landsbankinn’s app and on our web.

Today, 11 November, 60 years have passed from the founding of scholarship fund Háskólasjóður hf. Eimskipafélags Íslands. The Fund was created in memory of Icelandic emigrants to the USA and Canada who participated in the establishment of shipping company Eimskipafélagið.
