Landsbankinn has renewed its partnership agreement with Svanni - the Women's Loan Guarantee Fund, for the next four years. The renewed agreement is valid throughout September 2029.
Svanni is now open for applications for loans and loan guarantees and the deadline to apply is up to and including 15 March 2026.
The Fund provides loans with loan guarantees to companies that are owned by women and collaborates with Landsbankinn as lender. Only companies that are majority-owned by women and directed by a woman or women are eligible to apply. The Fund also stipulates that projects should lead to job creation.
