Landsbankinn Corporate Finance has been engaged to manage the listing of Styrkás hf. on the Main Market of Nasdaq Iceland. This is an important project, both for Landsbankinn and the domestic equity market in general.
The listing is scheduled to take place in the second quarter of 2027.
Styrkás is a management company. Since its establishment in 2022, it has built a robust group guided by a clear long-term vision. Its subsidiaries are Skeljungur, Klettur, Stólpi and Hreinsitækni. The group brings together leading service providers to developers and builders of infrastructure and industry around the country. From the beginning, the company has publicly aimed at listing, making this a natural next step.
The listing of Styrkás diversifies investment options on the Icelandic equity market and strengthens the domestic capital market.
