Landsbankinn Corporate Finance acted as advisors to the Icelandic pharmaceutical company Coripharma and managed the recent issuance of convertible bonds in the company, raising total financing of ISK 3.4 billion.
The financing process was successful, and the convertible bond issue was substantially oversubscribed.
A new international investor, Concordia Healthcare Partners Ltd., was allocated half of the convertible bond issued by Coripharma. Concordia comprises experienced professionals from the pharmaceutical sector. This marks the first time an international investor has participated Coripharma‘s financing.
In addition to Concordia, the convertible bond was allocated to existing shareholders and new domestic investors.
The financing supports Coripharma's next phase of growth, where continued emphasis on the development, manufacture and commercialisation of its internally developed generic pharmaceutical products.
