Landsbankinn advises Coripharma on ISK 3.4 billion convertible bond offering

Austurbakki
9 July 2026

Landsbankinn Corporate Finance acted as advisor to the domestic pharmaceutical company Coripharma and managed the recent issuance of convertible bonds in the company, raising ISK 3.4 billion in total.

The financing process was successful and the convertible bond issue was substantially oversubscribed.

A new international investor, Concordia Healthcare Partners Ltd., was allocated half of the convertible bond issued by Coripharma. Concordia is comprised of experienced professionals from the pharmaceutical sector. This marks the first time an international investor has participated in Coripharma‘s financing.

In addition to Concordia, the convertible bond was allocated to existing shareholders and new domestic investors.

This financing will support Coripharma's next growth phase, where continued emphasis will be placed on the development, manufacture and commercialisation of its internally developed generic pharmaceutical products.
