Categorisation of customers in Vild is based on the Bank’s legitimate interests, cf. the Act on Data Protection and the Processing of Personal Data The Bank’s legitimate interests refer to the Bank’s ability to automatically categorise customers in order to offer them tailored service and terms in accordance with the volume of their business and customer relationship with the Bank.
As the processing is based on legitimate interests, you are entitled to object to it with reference to your specific position.
