Lands­bank­inn changes fix­ed rates

Fixed rates on new non-indexed 36-month housing mortgages increase by 0.50 percentage points (pp) and fixed rates on new non-indexed 60-month housing mortgages by 0.45 pp. Fixed rates on new 60-month inflation-indexed mortgages decrease by 0.30 pp.

Deposit rates on fixed rate accounts with a fixed term of 6 months increase by 0.15 pp; interest rates increase by 0.30 pp on accounts with a 12-month fixed term and by 0.50 pp for accounts with a 24-month fixed term.

The new interest rate tariff enters into effect on 16 June 2022

Landsbankinn changes interest rates

Following the interest rate decision, variable interest rates on non-indexed housing mortgages increase by 0.50 percentage points (pp), to 8.00%. Interest on savings accounts created in the app (Save in App) increase by 0.50 pp, to 6.00%.
