Lands­bankinn changes fixed rates on non-in­dexed hous­ing mort­gages

11 February 2022

Fixed rates on non-indexed 36-month housing mortgages increase by 0.35 percentage points (pp) and fixed rates on non-indexed 60-month housing mortgages by 0.25 pp.

Other changes to the Bank’s interest rates will be announced by the end of next week.
