Síldarvinnslan’s PO begins at 10:00 on 10 May 2021, and ends at 16:00, Wednesday 12 May 2021. The aim of the PO is to sell previously issued shares in Síldarvinnslan, equivalent to 26.3% of the company’s share capital. In the event of oversubscription, the offering may be increased by up to 3% with the PO then encompassing the equivalent of 29.3% of shares in the company.
Landsbankinn acts as manager and sales agent in the PO and co-ordinates listing.

Today, 11 November, 60 years have passed from the founding of scholarship fund Háskólasjóður hf. Eimskipafélags Íslands. The Fund was created in memory of Icelandic emigrants to the USA and Canada who participated in the establishment of shipping company Eimskipafélagið.
