TM and Lands­bankinn branches merge

The branches of TM and Landsbankinn in Akureyri, Reykjanesbær and Vestmannaeyjar will merge on Monday, 24 March 2025, allowing customers to get both banking and insurance service in one place.

In the merged branches, the employees of TM and Landsbankinn will work side by side to offer even better and more diverse service. The branches are open between 10-16:00 on banking days.

• The Landsbankinn and TM branch in Akureyri is at Hofsbót 2.
• The Landsbankinn and TM branch in Reykjanesbær is at Krossmóar 4a.
• The Landsbankinn and TM branch in Vestmannaeyjar is at Bárustígur 15.

In May, TM’s head office, currently located at Höfðatorg in Hafnarfjörður, is expected to move to Reykjavík city centre, with its staff enjoying the advantage of the canteen and various joint facilities in Reykjastræti 6 alongside Landsbankinn’s employees.
