We encourage customers to use Landsbankinn’s app, online banking and ATMs as much as possible. A great deal of banking business can be tended to through these channels, quickly and easily.
Lockdown extends to the Bank’s Corporate Banking Services and Vehicle & Equipment Financing.
Even though our branches are closed, we are as before ready to help. You can contact us by phone, +354 410 4000, chat with us online or email your query. You can also request a consultation call through landsbankinn.is. We’ll call at a time of your choosing. Please note that calls to the Bank may be recorded.
- Almost all banking business can be tended to through Landsbankinn’s app, online banking and the Bank’s website.
- The Customer Service Centre is open on weekdays from 9-16.

- Most Landsbankinn’s ATMs are accessible around the clock. The location and distance to the nearest ATM is available in Landsbankinn’s app. ATMs have both deposit and withdrawal functions, and can be used to pay bills, amongst other things.

In accordance with the decision of its Annual General Meeting, Landsbankinn has today paid a dividend to its owners in the amount of ISK 9,446 million. As a result, total dividend paid by the Bank in the years 2013-2025 amounts to ISK 210.6 billion.

As of 8 September 2025, the close of business on banking days for the deposit systems of the Icelandic Banks’ Data Centre (RB) will be set back from 21:00 to 24:00. This means that transactions such as transfers, carried out between 21:00 and 24:00, will be registered on the same day.
