The subscription period commences at 9:00 on Wednesday, 16 September 2020, and ends at 16:00 on Thursday, 17 September 2020.
The offering will consist of 20,000,000,000 shares, in the form of new shares issued by Icelandair Group hf., with an authorization to increase the offering up to 23,000,000,000 shares. Investors are offered two subscription options, Order Book A and Order Book B, which differ in terms of size of subscription and allocation. The offering price will be the same in Order Book A and B, a fixed price of ISK 1.0 per share. The results of the offering are expected to be announced on 18 September 2020.
Landsbankinn and Íslandsbanki are co-managers of the share offering.
