Among other new features added to the app in recent months:

  • Transfer Aukakrónur to another Aukakrónur collector.
  • Apply for mandatory and supplementary pension and view detailed summaries of pension contributions and rights.
  • Apply for a mortgage and refinance quickly and easily.
  • On-boarding in the app has been made even simpler.
  • An inbox has been added to the app for notifications and information from the Bank.
  • New settings have been introduced to enhance security in payment card transaction and banking even further.
  • Soon, authentication of online payments will run via Landsbankinn’s app and electronic ID.
