Landsbankinn’s Financial Forum held at Reykjastræti on Tuesday was dedicated to the real estate market and refinancing.
The Forum was entitled “Do you need to refinance?” Una Jónsdóttir, Head of Landsbankinn Economic Research, reviewed the Bank’s recent macroeconomic forecast with a special focus on the outlook for inflation, interest rates and housing prices.
Wentzel Steinarr R. Kamban, mortgage advisor, spoke about the status on the residential housing market, possible reasons for refinancing, terms and solutions available to borrowers and more.
Finally, Elín Henriksen, a specialist in Business Development, introduced a new feature in Landsbankinn’s app that allows customers to refinance loans in a simple and accessible manner based on individual payment capacity.
