Today, 17 February, we will be making changes to the login page for online banking to enhance security even more. The page now looks different - see picture. Note that the web address of the new login page begins with “auth”, auth.landsbankinn.is, an abbreviation of authorization.
Don’t forget about Landsbankinn’s app and we encourage you to get electronic ID if you haven’t already. Electronic ID makes all online transactions simpler and safer and you can book an appointment with us to activate the certificate.

Today, 11 November, 60 years have passed from the founding of scholarship fund Háskólasjóður hf. Eimskipafélags Íslands. The Fund was created in memory of Icelandic emigrants to the USA and Canada who participated in the establishment of shipping company Eimskipafélagið.
