Open sale pro­cess of Greiðslu­miðlun Ís­lands ehf.

Landsbankinn hf., Bál ehf. and Solvent ehf., as the owners of all share capital in Greiðslumiðlun Íslands ehf. (GMÍ), have decided to offer their shares for sale in an open sale process.

GMÍ specialises in solutions for payments, collection, claim management and loan administration. The company traces its beginnings back to 1980 and the establishment of Lögheimtan. Key brands are Motus (collection and claim management), Lögheimtan (legal collection), Pacta (legal services) and Pei (payment solutions).

The sale process will be in accordance with Landsbankinn’s policy on the sale of assets and is open to all eligible investors, i.e. as regards financial standing.

The scheduled deadline for submitting indicative offers is at 16:00, Friday 20 December 2024.

Contribute to the digital future of Icelandic
Landsbankinn participates in and is a torchbearer for the initiative Þín íslenska er málið organised by Almannarómur, the Icelandic Centre for Language Technology. The aim of the project is to gather data and sources about the Icelandic use of companies from various sectors. Different industries and business sectors often use a highly specialised vocabulary, concepts and terms that are not commonly used, yet still a crucial part of our linguistic world.

Changes to offering of new housing mortgage loans
