Community grants
We award ISK 15 million in community grants each year. Community grants are intended as support for a range of projects, including by humanitarian and charitable organisations, projects in the fields of education, research and science, projects connected to culture and the arts, preventative measures and youth activities, and environmental and nature conservation.
Application process
A dedicated panel of professionals that are not associated with the Bank reviews the applications and ensures that the process is transparent and professional.
Applications should be completed with care and attention to detail. Applicants are encouraged to include all information that may assist in the evaluation process and to provide a detailed description of the intended use of the funds.
The deadline to apply is 31 October 2024.
