We’d like to call your attention to changes to the RSA SecurID app used for secure login and payments in corporate online banking.
The icon for the app will change when it is updated. Previously called SecureID, the app is now called RSA Authenticator.
Initially after the update, it will still look the same. You’ll get an introduction to the changes when you open the updated app for the first time - see screenshots. Once you’ve confirmed the changes, the icon will be updated on your phone.
Instructions if the app needs to be reinstalled:
- Log in to online banking with electronic ID.
- On the site map on the left, select Settings and tools > Personal settings > RSA tokens. Select either iOS or Android, depending on your phone. Enter a 4-digit PIN and confirm it. A QR code will appear on your screen.
- Use your mobile to open the App Store or Play Store, as appropriate. Enter “RSA” in the search field and the app should appear.
- Download the app and accept the terms and conditions. Select “Get started” in the app, allow access to your camera and scan the QR code that appeared in online banking through the app.
