Landsbankinn advertised the open sale process of up to 12.1% of its holding in investment firm Stoðir hf. on 23 November 2020. The sale process was conducted in accordance with Landsbankinn's policy on sale of assets and was open to all potential buyers who satisfy requirements as eligible investors. A total of 13 investors participated in the sale process.
Landsbankinn accepted the offer of Fossar markaðir hf., submitted on behalf of a group of investors, for the entire shareholding. The selling price of the shareholding amounts to ISK 3.3 billion.
