Landsbankinn was ranked highest by banking customers in the Icelandic Performance Satisfaction Index 2019. This is a welcome recognition of Landsbankinn's strategy of offering top quality banking service, both through digital channels or personal service in the Bank's branches.

The Icelandic Performance Satisfaction Index is a company owned by Stjórnvísi and Zenter Research carries out the survey.

Lilja Björk Einarsdóttir, CEO of Landsbankinn: "We are very proud and pleased to learn that Landsbankinn tops the Icelandic Performance Satisfaction Index. Our work aims to provide customers with quality service while ensuring sound, long-term operation. While a great deal of energy has been directed at digital growth, we also emphasise developing and boosting the service provided out of the Bank's branches. The results of the Icelandic Performance Satisfaction Index confirm that we are on the right path and encourages us to do even better. Landsbankinn will continue its endeavour to provide first-class service throughout Iceland, anytime and anywhere.
